Methodology

The activities will be carried out by visiting experts, and their work will be coordinated by the STEMs. The experts will give short lectures, coach on the job and organise workshops. During the workshops, the attendees will be asked to answer to specific problems related to the implementation of the JARs. At the end of each module of training, the attendees will be asked to write a short report to the RTA about its benefit, in order to assess the course, and propose a number of changes in procedure or processes of his/her job with adequate arguments for supporting the ideas. Each module of training will help the SAA personnel in elaborating its procedures and manuals. At the end of the training in Ukraine, the STEs will check the parts of the procedures and manuals written by the SAA personnel related to their field.

At the end of the training, a workshop will be organized within departments, in which a representative will present shortly the training received and the procedures elaborated.
